Agenda at a Glance

Morning Executive Forum

The Executive Forum brings leadership teams, HR managers and campaign directors together to gain insight on preparing for the future of jobs–including social responsibility and skills training expectations–of Millennials and Generation Z.

Attendees explore the high impact factors for young employees—what they seek in their workplace culture, and more importantly, why they leave. Industry examples and case studies will further demonstrate applications and tangible steps attendees can use to improve employee engagement.

Afternoon Youth Mastermind

Young innovators under the age of 30 work in teams with executive mentors to develop actions plans for a local challenge related to one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Candid conversations between industry and young talent help challenge assumptions and discuss what is needed to build a more inclusive, sustainable future–with each stakeholder identifying tangible steps they can do to advance the table’s shared goal. Using the action plans developed during the mastermind, participants return to their communities and implement their solutions.
